G04 Chassis

G04 motor controllers are designed specifically for heavy duty applications such as transit buses and class 5 trucks and above. Up to 300kW peak power output and excellent cooling design enables heavy vehicles to tackle grades with confidence. Excellent efficiency across wide range of operating envelope reduces energy cost and extends range for vehicle owners. GTAKE proprietary core control algorithms and PWM control strategy minimize controller power loss while maximize motor efficiency and peak power. Automatic current regulation(ACR) and active damping technology ensures smooth and controlled throttle control while maintaining lighting fast torque response and output.

High System Efficiency

G04 motor controller can minimize the motor loss by unique control algorithm and PWM technology. The highest efficiency for the whole system is >94%, while for motor system >96%;Over 75% percent of the entire operational envelope can deliver 85% or better efficiency.

Big Power, Small Size
G04 EV inverter can reach 300kW peak power with the minimum size and weight. G04 controller is developed at the latest EV controller R&D platform, which has superior performance and quality.

GTAKE self-developed algorithm improved the output torque and speed stability at all required points, which extends operational range and the vehicle efficiency.
High IP Grade
Smart packaging, delicate material selection, and advanced manufacturing result in G04 series to acheive IP grade up to IP67 while maintaning light weight. Well-designed chassis and durable conformal coating protect the controller against harsh environment.
CAN Bus Control
G04 EV drives support terminal control and CAN bus control, ensuring real-time, safe, and reliable control. The drive unit can accept directly connected CAN node hardware, with the transmission baud rate up to 1 Mbps.
Creep Mode
Creep mode can be programed using customizable control algorithm, taking load and slope of the road into consideration to achieve predictable and intuitive driving experience.
Overall Protection
G04 EV/HEV motor controllers are equipped with short-circuit, over-current, over-voltage, overheating, over-load, and encoder disconnection protections etc. Likewise, the battery protection can be well programmed and the controller can adjust feedback energy accordingly.
Comfortable Driving Experience
Different filtering tactics in ACR make the output torque smoother with quick response, which improves the comfortability for driver and passengers dramatically.
